About Arcasa

Arcasa is a fintech bringing affordability and sustainability to every home. We help unlock down payment assistance into mortgages, helping buyers get into homes with $0 down and lower monthly payments when they roll solar into their home purchase. Arcasa is building out its revenue team and this role is one of our top priorities.

The Honest Pitch

This is a phone-driven, production-focused seat modeled on the mortgage wholesale account executive playbook — not a SaaS BDR role. Your job is to grow our lender network by recruiting mortgage branches and loan officers onto lenders we have already onboarded. The CRO sets territory strategy and builds target lists alongside you. You own the outreach, the pipeline, and the relationships that turn into signed agreements.

This seat is built for closers. It is heavy outbound and it rewards hunger — comp is weighted toward commission, and success is measured by onboarded branches, active LOs, and funded volume coming through the book you build. If you don't flinch at the dialer and you want your production to set your ceiling, this is the seat.

What You'll Own

Outbound

Run heavy daily outbound — calls, texts, social, and in-person where it makes sense — to branch managers, team leads, and individual loan officers. Pitch the value of working with Arcasa: down payment assistance; solar benefits; borrower satisfaction.

Pipeline & Hand-offs

Build and work a pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreement and first-loan submission. Coordinate clean hand-offs among the broader revenue team.

CRM & Strategy

Maintain tight CRM hygiene — every call logged, every prospect categorized, every follow-up scheduled. Partner with the CRO on territory strategy, target lists, and recruiting campaigns.

How We Work

This is a high-activity, high-accountability seat. We measure what matters, and we pay for production.

Heavy outbound is the job — calls, texts, social, and in-person where it earns a meeting. We expect tight CRM discipline so nothing slips: every conversation logged, every prospect categorized, every follow-up on the calendar. The CRO partners with you on territory, target lists, and campaigns, but the pipeline is yours to run and the book is yours to build.

If you have been waiting for a seat where your production sets your ceiling, you found it.

Who We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2+ years in mortgage wholesale account management, retail recruiting, title sales, or a similar relationship-driven mortgage role; strong outbound reps from adjacent financial services will be considered
  • Demonstrated comfort with high-volume phone work
  • Existing relationships with branches and/or LOs is a meaningful plus
  • Working knowledge of mortgage products (conventional, FHA, non-QM, etc.) and how LOs manage their borrower pipeline
  • CRM proficiency — you can actually run a pipeline, not just talk about one

Mindset & Skills

  • Hunter: you would rather build a book than inherit one
  • Coachable: you take feedback and adjust quickly
  • Motivated by upside: uncapped commission reads as opportunity, not risk
  • Resilient: rejection on the phone does not slow you down
  • Relationship-driven: you earn trust with branch managers and LOs quickly
  • Organized: you keep prospects categorized and follow-ups scheduled without being chased

What We're Not Looking For

  • Someone who needs a salary-heavy, low-variable plan to feel comfortable
  • A SaaS-style SDR who wants to pass leads rather than close them
  • Someone who treats the dialer as a last resort
  • Someone waiting on warm inbound instead of building a book from scratch

Compensation

This seat is built for closers. Comp is weighted heavily toward commission.

The 90-Day Expectation

We will ask every finalist to walk us through how they would attack their first 90 days in this seat.

We aren't looking for a polished deck. We want to see how you think: how you would build a target list, sequence your outreach, and start filling a pipeline from a standing start — and how you would prioritize when every branch and LO feels equally worth a call. The CRO will arm you with the onboarded-lender story and the territory; the outreach is on you.

What we want to see at 90 days: a working pipeline, your first LOs or branches in motion, and a clear read on which segments are converting and why.
